The Patch & Place visit
The best value often comes from grouping a few compatible jobs. Build a photo-backed list, and we will help shape the right visit before anyone arrives.

Photos prevent surprises. They help us identify materials, tools, access, wall type, and whether the request belongs with a licensed specialist instead.
Choose the service types, count the jobs, and add a short note for each room or item.
Wide and close-up views help us understand size, mounting surfaces, damage, and existing hardware.
We review fit, materials, timing, and the expected range before putting the work on the calendar.
Right-sized work
Jobs that are non-structural, clearly scoped, and practical to complete in a focused home-service visit.
When licensed or specialized work is the safer choice, we will tell you before scheduling—not after arrival.
Before you send the list
Photos and a specific description are the fastest way to learn whether a job fits.
Yes. Mixed lists are the point. A screen repair, two doorstops, a mirror, and a squeaky hinge may fit one visit when access and materials are straightforward.
We can confirm common consumables and small hardware during review. Customer-selected items—mirrors, shelves, knobs, furniture, or specific safety products—should usually be purchased before the visit.
We focus on small, non-structural patches. Large areas, recurring moisture, mold, texture matching across a broad surface, or damage involving utilities may require a specialist.
We install many customer-selected latches, anchors, gates, and related devices according to manufacturer instructions. No device replaces active supervision, and compatibility is confirmed before scheduling.
Include one wide photo for context, one close-up of the issue, and any labels or hardware. For wall hanging, also show the full wall and the back of the item.
The online planner provides a starting range only. Final scope and price depend on dimensions, materials, access, wall type, condition, and the number of compatible jobs.
